New sandwich alert! The grouper Reuben at @rappbarchs: grouper cured overnight in pastrami seasonings then grilled and served on a soft bun with melted Swiss, red kraut, and Russian dressing. It’s a keeper.

For a Virginia joint, the folks at @rappbarchs do a bang up job with shrimp 'n grits - esp. the okra and smoked tomato broth. (And the VA oysters are, of course, pristine.)
