Splendid evening yesterday downtown at @lacavecharleston, the “sipping lounge” sibling of @felixcharleston. Forget fat-washed cocktails (so 2023!) Cheese-washing (or fromage-washing, in this case) is the new thing, and the Martini de Luxe doubles down with several French cheese plus a delightful caviar-topped cheese crisp on the side.
