Yay! They had cheesecake! Tarta de queso idiazábal y roquefort horneada (
Oven cookeked Idiazabal and roquefort cheese cake) sounded like a strong flavoured cheesecake but it was not as pungent as I imagined. Texture was super on the point.

Overall I loved what I had at Odoloste but the menu is huge so I cannot tell if everything is equally good. Best is to grab a few friends to share as the dishes are quite heavy, but if you love pork and offals you are down for a treat
