(SWIPE FOR MORE PICS) One if the signature dishes at La Viña in Bilbao was this Foie Gras with egg, mushroom and potato purée (see pic 1-2). Like rich on rich on rich. In many gastronomic cities in the world this kind of old school and heavy dishes will not fly anymore but somehow in Spain they still manage to survive and appeal. Spanish are so good in preserving the traditions much like Japanese in the East. This was very tasty but super heavy, please order for sharing

We then ordered desserts which were ok. I think this is decent place for pintxo hopping but don’t expect too much out from the food.
