Recommended bowl: Burnt niboshi

The unique point to this shop is its 'burnt' niboshi soup, which is made with chicken and contains four types of niboshi. The leftover dried fish from making the soup is normally thrown away in ramen shops, but here the master pan fries them before adding soup, then strains the umami rich broth into each bowl to order. The noodles are supplied by Taisei Shokuhin. The master here was previously a salaryman before quitting his job and attending the Taisei Shokuhin ramen school. He followed that up by training for over a year at the shop Toto Honten, located in the Tachikawa Ramen Square. Yashigeru open since 2014.
