Clear chintan soup is made using both chicken and pork. Noodles ordered directly from the legendary Kanagawa ramen shop Shinasobaya. Topped with ajitama, meat and shrimp wontons, charcoal-grilled pork belly and shoulder chashu, tsurushiyaki style pork chashu, chicken breast chashu, black truffle tartufata, negi and nori.

Master Morishima-san trained at Shinasobaya before also working at the shops Sugimoto, Kashiwagi, Kokō and Ramen Free Birds. His own shop is now one of the highest-ranked bowls of ramen in Tokyo. Reservations only, no photos allowed other than the food. Six seats. Since June 10th, 2020.
