Recommended bowl: Tonkotsu gyokai

Now a well known chain in Japan with 39 branches in Tokyo and Osaka, and two more overseas. The original Mita flagship has been open in this location since 2008. Rich tonkotsu-gyokai soup comes from simmering pork bones, gyokai, chicken and vegetables. Noodles are made in a company noodle factory and contain several varieties of wheat. Small, regular and large size noodle portions all the same price.
