Recommended bowl: Salt & ginger
Master Yamato Shibata trained at the well known shops Kururi and Gamushara before opening Mannish. This spot specializes in a light shio soup made with chicken and ginger from Kumamoto prefecture. The bowls are topped with tori chashu and carry a pleasant ginger aroma. Both ramen and tsukemen available; noodles courtesy of Mikawaya Seimen. Ginger vinegar on the counter, a nice touch to add midway through your bowl. Gentei and seasonal menu options sometimes available too. Previously located in an underground location, moved to a newer spot not too far away from the original in 2019.
