Recommended bowl: Geek turned master
Jun is run by master Miyoshi-san, who was previously just a ramen geek before learning how to make the dish himself at the Shokuno Dōjō ramen school. His bowls use mainly chicken in a light, clear soup, and customers have the choice of either shoyu or shio tare to pair. The noodles are made in the shop on a Yamato brand noodle machine, using wheat from Hokkaido. No MSG. This is high quality new school ramen, open since June, 2019.
