Popular Osaka shop for shoyu ramen and fried rice. The soup is made from pork bones, chicken carcasses and Asari clams. Served with a scalding hot layer of melted lard and burnt onions. The shoyu tare uses soy sauce from Yuasa, Wakayama Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese shoyu and one of the oldest purveyors in Japan. Noodles are house-made, no MSG.
