Recommended bowl: Tonkotsu & karaage

Rich tonkotsu soup is made with pork bones and chicken bones. The standard bowl is delicious, but this shop is really known for two things-- Suji ramen and karaage. The suji ramen is the standard bowl topped with stewed beef tendon. It often sells out early. The chicken karaage comes as a side dish, the large fried pieces a served with curry powder and can be taken to go for a tasty snack later. Recommended. Originally open in 1999, moved to the current location in 2006.
