Dinner, bed and breakfast at @inverrestaurant in Scotland. This was my second visit to Inver and it was just a magical as my first quite a few years ago. Chef Pamela Brunton (formerly at Noma, Fäviken, De Superette) and front-of-house Rob Latimer combine locally foraged produce and seasonal ingredients in a contemporary tasting menu. The restaurant itself is situated in a former crofter’s cottage on the serene south bank of Loch Fyne in Argyll & Bute and you can stay overnight as I did in one of their bothies. A fantastic breakfast, reminiscent of Fäviken’s, is delivered to your door in the morning. Highly recommended
