Recommended bowl: Hirako niboshi

A highly ranked shop serving up various varieties of ramen and tsukemen since 2013. Offerings include ramen with niboshi or ika-niboshi (dried squid) soups, as well as thick tori paitan tsukemen and lighter shio chicken tsukemen.
