Recommended bowl: Pure tonkotsu

One of the higher ranked shops in Miyazaki prefecture, this shop serves pure tonkotsu ramen in regular, heavier, or lighter soups based on customer preference. The recommended is kotteri (rich), with kaedama noodle refills available on request. The soup is made from pig heads, back bones and shoulder bones, all simmered for 20 hours. The soup is made yobimodoshi style, meaning a little bit of each day's soup goes into the starter for the next day. Noodles are house-made. Regular shop hours are from 11am-11pm, but there is also special service each morning from 6am-11am serving 'asa-ra' aka morning ramen. It's a bit lighter than the standard menu.
