Located near the Han River in the Yongdeungpo area, “Hwa Hae Dang” in Seoul offers one of Korea’s most iconic dishes, “ganjang gejang” (soy-marinated raw crab)❤️ This Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant is known for its deliciously balanced soy sauce-marinated female blue crab with sweet, umami-filled flesh🍚

The “Ganjang Gejang Set” is served with “sotbab” (claypot-cooked rice), egg, and a selection of “banchan” (small side dishes), making it an incredibly satisfying meal💯 Compared to other crab-specialty restaurants, the signature dish here has a delicate balance of flavors⚖️ It’s best to reserve ahead by calling to avoid waiting☎️
