Located near the West Lake (a @unesco world heritage site), the @michelinguide-starred “Ru Yuan” (如院) in Hangzhou offers a refined take on traditional Hangzhou and Zhejiang cuisine🌟 Upon entering the botanical garden through the north gate, a buggy awaits to take guests through the lush greenery to the stunning venue🌳

Signature dishes include the delicately crafted “Braised Pork Belly” presented in the shape of a pyramid, and the “Sautéed River Shrimps” with noodles created in the shape of Longjing tea leaves🍃 Each dish beautifully showcases the rich culinary heritage of the region - this was hands down the best meal we had during our visit to Hangzhou!🙌
