“JEE” opened this July in Central, Hong Kong, and offers an innovative blend of Cantonese and French cuisines🍴 The collaboration between Michelin starred chefs Siu Hin-Chi (from @yingjeeclub) and @oliverlicuisine brings a fresh perspective to traditional flavours🇫🇷 We opted for their “Dinner Course”, but the “Lunch Course” offers the perfect midday indulgence at an accessible price point of HK$388 per person👏

The “French Toast ” in the cover photo was one of the standout dishes - pan-fried to golden perfection with a unique batter mixed with Patchun sweetened vinegar sauce, topped with blue crab and a homemade “typhoon shelter style” sauce🔥 Another favourite was the “Crispy Sea Cucumber”, which was exquisitely stuffed with a tiger prawn paste, squid ink-coated, deep-fried, and paired with a rich lobster sauce🦞
