✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ “JEE” opened this July in Central, Hong Kong, and offers an innovative blend of Cantonese and French cuisines🍴 The collaboration between Michelin starred chefs Siu Hin-Chi (from @yingjeeclub) and @oliverlicuisine brings a fresh perspective to traditional flavours🇫🇷 We opted for their “Dinner Course”, but the “Lunch Course” offers the perfect midday indulgence at an accessible price point of HK$388 per person👏
The “French Toast ” in the cover photo was one of the standout dishes - pan-fried to golden perfection with a unique batter mixed with Patchun sweetened vinegar sauce, topped with blue crab and a homemade “typhoon shelter style” sauce🔥 Another favourite was the “Crispy Sea Cucumber”, which was exquisitely stuffed with a tiger prawn paste, squid ink-coated, deep-fried, and paired with a rich lobster sauce🦞

✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗝𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗘 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ 今年七月、香港の中環(セントラル)にオープンしたばかりの「JEE(ジー)」は広東料理とフレンチをフュージョンさせたレストラン🍽️ 今回はディナーのご招待で伺いましたが、ランチメニューは特にお手頃なのでオススメです🫶 個人的には現地のアオガニを乗せた、カバー写真の「French Toast(フレンチトースト)」と、イカ墨を塗ったナマコに海老の新庄を詰め、カリッと揚げた「Crispy Sea Cucumber(クリスピー・ナマコ)」が特に印象的でした💓
