Sushi Ikko - one last visit before their relocation to Ginza. Junya Kudo and his family (including his father, the “sous chef”) have now moved to Tokyo with their grand open set for next month.

Ikko was one of the pioneers to really put “regional sushiyas” on the map, with top tier sourcing (even relative to Tokyo standards) married with local catch.

Excited to see what transpires during Sushi Ikko 3.0. Reservations for Tokyo are available on @omakasejapan!
