Muginae, a ramen shop near Omori Station, offers high-quality, specific ingredients in their bowls. The broth is made from Yamagata chickens and Nagano and Hyogo craft soy sauces. The noodles are made in-house with Japanese flour and are devoid of chemical seasoning. The deluxe bowl is the most expensive, and the bowls are handmade by a local artisan. Muginae also offers a limited-to-a handful-a-day rice bowl with fresh fish from the neighborhood fish monger.
