四季折々の装いを楽しむ日本だから出来る旬の素材・食材を活かした料理が特徴。鮪をはじめとして時期・産地にこだわっている。つまみはつぶ貝、中トロ刺身、太刀魚塩焼きなど。握りは春子、縞鯵、大トロ、車海老などネタとシャリのバランスが取れた味を楽しめる。日本酒とワインにもこだわっており、お寿司とのペアリングも可能。

The restaurant is particular about the season and the place of production for every ingredient and produce, including tunas. Side dishes include spiral shellfish, medium fatty tuna sashimi, and grilled swordfish. As for nigiri, young sea bream, horse mackerel, Otoro, Kurumaebi, and more are served, all with a well-balanced flavor between the ingredients and rice. Sake and wine are also available for pairing with sushi.
