Another fantastic meal at @restaurantalchemist in Copenhagen. I’ll try to skip the hyperbole and just say that this is one of my favourite restaurants on the planet still. Impossibly improving on what was already perfect in my opinion. @rasmusmunkalchemist , apart from being an incredible talent in the kitchen has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know, and between him, @lykke_alchemist and the whole team at Alchemist, they are really trying to make a positive difference to the world around us through, among many other projects @alchemistexplore , this incredible restaurant. Food for thought certainly. I can’t wait to go back.
