Just a few highlights from an outstanding meal at @fuji.shizuoka in July. What a great find - a must if you’re in the area. Beautiful, delicate food, all made right in front of you, from the dashi to the sauces. This is only about half of the menu pictured, and it’s a tremendous value as well.
