Definitely one of the most iconic dishes @rest_formelb, the sea buckthorn en surprise with an intense sea buckthorn sorbet in the middle covered by a rich and creamy vanilla parfait and then finally sealed with merengue before going in the oven for a few minutes. Excellent!
