Jiro-inspired abura soba served with trace amounts of tonkotsu soup, shoyu tare and pork fat. Noodles are house-made in the shop every morning. Toppings include pork belly chashu, bean sprouts, cabbage, more pork fat, tare drizzle and black pepper.
