A place that I am looking very much forward to returning to is @restaurantbrace, a restaurant that has developped steadily since the opening a few years ago. A dish like this stuffed organic chicken wing topped with a spicy sauce and @rogn.caviar Baerii caviar is a good example of the confidence that @nicola_fanetti has built throughout the years: Complex simplicity would be a way to describe it.

Brace is a modern family restaurant run by Nicola Fanetti and @ursula_brace - a constellation that you rarely see here in Denmark. Very admirable indeed!
