Super delicious meal from the incredibly nice people at @alterego.tokyo They did a great job playing with Italian and Japanese flavors and techniques to come up with a cuisine that’s really something special. I’ve always thought that Japanese and Italian cuisines have similar DNA, so to speak, and they did a great job proving the point.
