Celebrated across almost every "best of" list in 2025, Chef Paul Carmichael's reinvention of the shuttered Ko space looks to bring Caribbean flavors into a spotlight usually reserved for the cuisines of Asia and Europe.

Just $150 for three courses, a prix-fixe rounded out by Bread, Sides and Palate Cleanser, flavors are refined but unrestrained while service and surroundings feel personable and personal.

Vibrantly spiced and portioned for sharing, both the plantain starter and signature dessert "destination" sorts of dishes, specials sell out quick and the menu changes seasonally.
