The texture is plump and the flavor is rich.- **Shoboro Ika and Fresh Karasumi** Sweet shoboro ika paired with homemade, flavorful fresh karasumi. The saltiness is just right, and the umami that hasn’t been overly aged is Soshi’s true hallmark.The hamo that has been served recently is also incredibly delicious! ❤️ The texture and flavor of the tairagi clam are top-notch. The Ogis from Etajima are very flavorful, and the red sea urchin is incredibly sweet.It was a great meal. I apologize for just goofing around with F the whole time.
