The product at Amamoto is always exceptional, but it was somehow even at a higher level on this particular visit. No misses, only bangers. Super fresh shirako, kujira bacon (usually an izakaya snack) and akami, shirako risotto. And of course, maybe the world's best katsuo warayaki.
