Standouts included the raclette waffle, BBQ apple with chicken skin, dike cheese tart, and the iconic caviar popsicle with Jerusalem artichoke - an absolute must-try. Another highlight was the kitchen tour near the end of the meal where we learned about their chocolate making process from bean to bar.
