Had a very good meal on my first visit. As evidenced by the spectacular meat preparations @brescadc and @jont_dc, Chef @r_ratino’s meat cookery excels through careful sourcing combined with dry-aging knowledge to extract maximum flavor. I look forward to coming back to try more cuts 🥩🍔
