I visited Akasaka Raimon, a highly sought-after yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo that is notoriously difficult to book. This renowned establishment was awarded GOLD in the 2026 Tabelog Awards. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to dine here. This time, I opted for the omakase course, which included a variety of cuts such as tongue, Chateaubriand, knuckle main muscle, hanging tender, and liver.
