Shoyu Chūka Soba is served in a broth using pork as well as two types of chicken sourced from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture and Hakata, Fukuoka Prefecture. Noodles are house-made containing three kinds of wheat from Hokkaido. Chicken eggs are sourced from Aizu, Fukushima. There is also a niboshi shio soup, tantanmen and other specials.
