You might hear the name of famous fisherman "Fujimoto-san" mentioned as a status symbol at certain high end sushiya in Japan these days. Obana-san was sourcing his sashimi from Fujimoto years ago, "before it was cool". The tai and mizu-shako here are always stunning, some of the best I've ever tried with super clean taste.
