Recommended bowl: Noodle Lab Q style

Located inside Tokyo Station, this shop is produced by the famed Sapporo establishment Ramen Noodle Lab Q and master Hiraoka-san. Inspired by the menu at Q, the bowls here come with a clear soup made from three types of local chickens and pork, paired with shoyu tare containing five types of soy sauce.
