Recommended bowl: Duck & shoyu

Specializing in duck soup, with options for light, rich, ramen and tsukemen. The recommended bowl is probably the tsukemen served with a clear duck soup, using ducks sourced from Iwate Prefecture. The noodles are supplied by Kokoro no Aji Seimen and come floating in a pink dashi of kombu and sakura ebi (shrimp). Toppings include duck breast chashu and lemon to squeeze over the noodles midway through. This location was previously a different ramen shop under the famed Ittō group, which has a few well known shops in the Koiwa area.
