A tsukemen specialty shop, serving shoyu soup made with Jidori chickens from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture. Master Yamaguchi-san created special noodles with the purveyor Haneda Seimen called 'Muginoka,' which is the shop’s namesake and inspired by the legendary Takadanobaba (now Narimasu) ramenya Benten.
