Wonderful to be back at 2* @ruyuan_hangzhou for its innovative interpretation of Hangzhou cuisine. The restaurant is led by Chef Fu Yue Liang with 4 decades of culinary experience who continues to constantly innovate to this day. The is a restaurant that I’d love to visit every time I’m in Hangzhou. This time I got to witness the art of painting on whisked tea foam - a revered Chinese art originating in the Tang Dynasty and perfected in the Song Dynasty.
