Currently, it ranks 2nd nationwide on Tabelog, showcasing its growing stability.We had a lively gathering with five people this evening.Here are the dishes we enjoyed, along with some thoughts:"Nagasaki Prefecture Uni and Squid Ink Paella" The sweetness of the uni and the umami of the squid ink create an indescribably delicious harmony."Bocadillo with Small Horse Mackerel" Always delicious. The combination of small horse mackerel and tomato bread is simply the best."Swordfish and Herb Salad with Sherry Wine Vinegar Dressing" The swordfish is tender and rich in flavor. The sauce has a delightful balance of acidity and sweetness."Grilled White Asparagus with Ajo Blanco Sauce" The juicy white asparagus from Kimobetsu, Hokkaido, is sweet and exquisite. Dipping it in the Ajo Blanco sauce enhances its deliciousness even more."Fried Sweetfish with Semolina and Manchego Cheese" Fried sweetfish is easier to eat than grilled, and it pairs perfectly with Manchego cheese."Sobrasada of Horse Meat with Perilla and Shiso Leaves" Always delicious!! So incredibly tasty!!!"Mozuku Seaweed and Jamón Serrano Soup" The Jamón Serrano soup is rich and deeply flavorful, featuring Fukui Prefecture's mozuku seaweed."Nagasaki Prefecture Black Wagyu Tenderloin, Eggplant, Peppercorn, Salt" Every time, the cooking is exquisite and incredibly delicious."Abalone Caldoso with Seaweed and Sudachi" The paella is delicious, but this season's caldoso is exceptional. Adding torn seaweed and squeezing sudachi enhances the flavor even more."Shizuoka Mask Melon" The sweetness is irresistible."Herbal Tea" "Crema Catalana and Goat Milk Ice Cream" The caramelized Crema Catalana paired with the sweet, salty milk ice cream is a classic combination that is simply delicious."Amazon Cacao and Raw Chocolate with Apple Chips and Pistachios" A classic chocolate dish.I had a wonderful time. I definitely want to visit again. It was a great meal!
