メニューが無く、ルールが無い白金台にあるビストロ・ダイニングバー「香土」では、オーナーソムリエがワインと料理をペアリングし、マリアージュをお届けしている。大人の空間で「やわらかな時間」お客さんに過ごして欲しいというコンセプトとなっており、料理に使われる旬の食材は日々違う為、メニューは毎日変わるとの事。

Cadeau has no fixed menu and follows no rules. The owner-sommelier pairs wine and food for perfect harmony. The concept is to have customers spend a “relaxing time” in an atmosphere designed for mature diners. Seasonal ingredients used are different every day, therefore customers can expect new dishes every time they visit.
