An interesting meal last December at @sollip_restaurant in Southwark. Husband and wife team Woongchul Park and Bomee Ki bring Korean influenced dishes with a classical finish and friendly relaxed service at this 26 cover restaurant that opened in September 2020. Very good stuff, with one dish that will feature in my annual best dishes of the year list. Worlds apart from Ikoyi of course but nice to have another restaurant in London that is championing a ‘fine dining’ approach to a cuisine that is maybe underrepresented.
