Another visit back last year to one of my favourite restaurants in London, In the UK actually @kitchentable1 You all know that I love a counter, and this is one of the best in Europe to sit at. I found the whole experience of sitting and watching this elite kitchen brigade at work producing incredibly well thought through, hyper seasonal and flavourful dishes just a joy. Some people moan about the price point here, but I would say that it’s actually incredible value compared to a lot of three Michelin star restaurants both in the UK and abroad. @jknappett is a chef with seasonality, provenance of ingredients and flavour at the forefront of his mind. Along with Da Terra and Claude Bosi, this is very highly recommended if you are ever not just in London but in the UK. A destination restaurant in my opinion.
