Another visit to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ @nomacph in Copenhagen last year for the seafood season. I was trying to figure out how many times I’ve been now and it has to be around 10 I think. At least once per year since my first visit in 2013 (twice in the same week for their Mexico pop up). I think that says it all if a diner is returning year after year for nearly a decade as I know many do. @reneredzepinoma always pushes forward and never looks back. Truly ground breaking and the ultimate restaurant in terms of pure global influence on the food and beverage scene. I was gutted not to be able to get to Kyoto this year for their popup but hope to visit again before this amazing place is again reinvented late next year
