Reindeer penis, duck brain, bear fat cooked dumplings….. all par for the course at @nomacph . Another meal at Noma last year where I managed to roundup 8 adventurous gastronauts for the first of 5 extraordinary meals in Copenhagen. Well deserved of the three Michelin stars and the top of the World’s 50 Best list, Noma never disappoints. Always pushing forward and never looking back. Challenging sometimes yes, but always delicious and of course with friendly relaxed service from James and the team, it’s a restaurant that I’ll continue to keep returning to again and again.
