Our next stop was to hit four of our favourite Birmingham restaurants, Carters, Folium, 670 grams and @thewildernessrestaurant
I have visited The Wilderness before and I have to say that this meal was far superior to my first visit. That’s not to say that the first meal was bad, but rather that this meal was excellent. @alexanderclaridge has really dialled up the flavours.
Certainly worth a visit if you are in Birmingham.
