Another fantastic find in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter before Christmas was @restaurantfolium , where I had a great lunch before grabbing the train to Ynyshir for dinner. This former pop-up by chef proprietor Ben Tesh and partner front of house Lucy Hanlon is surely going to be Birmingham’s next well deserved Michelin star. Highly recommended.
