This dish has been on the menu for every visit I have been to Disfrutar and I am very happy about that. It is probably my favourite dish on the menu and has always featured highly on my top dishes of the year lists. .

Aerial bread with caviar and truffle vodka.
This amazing dish was frozen and incredibly light. It was served with a truffle vodka that we were instructed to just wet our lips with. Delicious 🤤 .

Our final stop on the Valencia and Alicante tour was in Barcelona before flying back to work. ⭐️⭐️Disfrutar is fast becoming one of my favourite restaurants to visit. A 27 course tasting menu of delicious and inventive molecular cuisine awaited us. And of course the excellent hospitality we always receive. @eduardxatruch pictures with me here 🙏
