Lunch at ⭐️⭐️ @restaurant_suhring . Another restaurant that will hopefully feature on my tour later in the year. During our brief stay in Bangkok we visited all but one of the current two Michelin star restaurants. I honestly think that Sühring and Sorn are the strongest candidates for a third star, both are already operating at that level. At Sühring, the combination of relaxed, friendly service, exceptional ingredients and precise, intricate, but most of all delicious cooking makes it a no-brainer for a third star in my opinion. Hopefully this year, but I think personally that it’s already overdue. A must visit restaurant if you find yourself in Bangkok.
