I was craving a bit of steak, so I headed to @skirt.sg steakhouse at @WSingapore - Sentosa Cove for dinner to enjoy their $88 nett prix fixe menu and i was not disappointed.

With the choice of beef tartare or salt baked beetroot as a starter, dry aged duck or Japanese Picanha steak for mains, and either the smoked cheesecake with roasted pineapple or yuzu and lime creme brulee for dessert, I had a hard time choosing.

Lunch service(on fridays) and the Spring menu arrives at Zen, and the vibe feels much more laid back with the natural light coming in, plus I think I may have found the spot with the best lighting just in time for dessert-

Beet and raspberry sorbet buried under a tea infused mousse, dusted with beet powder and painted with aged balsamic vinegar, served alongside pistachio waffles. Looks just like a painting 💯 Less
